These Terms and Conditions govern access, browsing, and use of the website www.nassscent.es (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the remote purchase of products and/or services offered by Nass Senses SL (hereinafter, the "Owner"), when this functionality is available.

When required by applicable regulations, the price per unit of measurement shall be indicated alongside the sale price to facilitate comparison by the consumer.
The available payment methods will be displayed during the contracting process. Once the contract has been finalized, the user will receive confirmation via the specified method (e.g., email) with a summary of the essential terms and conditions.
The delivery of products or provision of services will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and terms communicated during the contracting process and/or in the confirmation sent to the user. In the event of incidents, the user may contact the Owner using the contact details provided.
When the user is a consumer and the contract is concluded remotely, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within the time limits and under the conditions established by consumer and user regulations, unless there is an applicable legal exception (for example, digital content executed with express consent, services fully provided, etc.). Specific information, where applicable, will be provided before the contract is concluded and/or in the confirmation.
The conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds will be provided during the contracting process and/or in the order/service confirmation. The Owner may request minimal information to process the request and verify the transaction.
The Website and its contents (text, images, design, logos, trademarks, code, etc.) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Their unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transformation is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law or with the Owner's authorization.
The Owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Website or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, it shall not be liable for damages arising from interference, interruptions, viruses, or disconnections beyond the Owner's control, misuse of the Website by the user, or linked third-party content. Nothing in the foregoing limits the inalienable rights of consumers and users where applicable.

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR/RLL) Platform is closed and has not been operational since July 20, 2025, following the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repeals Regulation (EU) 524/2013 with effect from that date.
The consumer user may, where appropriate, resort to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms or the competent consumer organizations.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If the user acts as a consumer, disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals that correspond in accordance with consumer protection regulations. In other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, unless otherwise required by law.
